Cancellation terms

Cancel 14 days before the check-in date up to the check-in date, and you will be charged 100% of your stay.

- Cancel up to 14 days or more before the check-in date and pay a 25.00 euro administration fee.

The rest of the already paid amount will be refunded

Take out a cancellation insurance with your insurance company to avoid unpleasant surprises. This is the guest's own responsibility.

Any disputes arising from its existence, interpretation or performance, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Hasselt/Tongeren.
