Reservation

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).

Check-out is possible until 10:30 AM at the latest.

We do not hear the bell throughout the entire building. Register at 0032 478 927 279

Rooms

- The rooms are completely non-smoking rooms. If we find that smoking has taken place in the room, an extra charge of €400.00 will be applied. The room will need to be ventilated for at least 3 to 4 days to remove the smell. Reason: loss of income due to the inability to rent the room.

The rooms are designed for two persons. If a third or fourth person is smuggled in, the room rental price per night will be increased by €120.00.

- Pets are not allowed. An exception to this rule are assistance animals for people with motor, auditory or visual impairments. This must be reported in advance to the operator.

Meals are strictly prohibited in the rooms and the breakfast room/relaxation area.

- Only toilet paper in the toilet. It is strictly forbidden to throw any other objects such as diapers, sanitary napkins, even (mini) tampons, wet wipes in the toilets. The pumps to pump the wastewater into the sewer system will then block. In case of a pump failure, the costs will be charged to the guest.

The B&B operator is authorized to terminate any stay if guests do not comply with the house rules. The payment made for the rental WILL NOT be refunded.

We are not responsible for accidental accidents, theft or loss of materials and/or personal belongings.

We kindly ask our guests to turn off all lights when leaving the rooms and to treat the furniture, materials, ... with respect.

Night noise

We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests. The building is acoustically insulated but that does not mean that sound cannot penetrate.

Please maintain silence inside the building and outdoors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
